Course contents :  1. Development and growth for weath;
2. Soil tillage;
3. Technical ways for weath:
- Etablishment of the culture
- Nutritious needs and the fertilization
- Biotic constrains and the culture protection
- The harvest and the technological finality of products
4. Comparaison between wheat and others cereals;
5. Development and growth for maize;
6. Technical ways for maize in function of its finality;
7. Adaptation of cultural technics in function of the others crops needs;
8. Regulation and socioeconomical constrains in crops.
Course objective :  To give basics which manage the functioning and the dynamics of crops production in temperate regions which is confronted with numbers of biotic, abiotic and socioeconomical factors.
After completing the course the student is expected to
- Understand the development of crops and their establishment of yield;
- Evaluate potentialities and constraints of different environment;
- Define technical ways in order to permit to insure a economical profitable and environment friendly productionn which also comply with technological, industrial and sanitary norms.
