| Objectif du cours : | It will attempt to answer these questions :
- What's an information system, a computer system, a business process ?
- Why integrate information systems ?
- How can we represent (model) information systems from a dynamical point of view ?
- How is it possible to implement or maintain an information system : in-house development, standard packages, ERP, ... ?
- What's a system development cycle ? How can we manage an IT project (plannings, budgets, profitability) ?

- Case studies

| Notes de cours : | A readings folder will be distributed. |

| Evaluation : | June :
- Continuous assesment : course and case studies.
- Final assesment : oral examination on basic concepts and written report and oral presentation on group assignment.
