Course objective :

Initiate the students to the diagnostic imaging techniques routinely used in veterinary medicine;
Learn the principles of radiographic interpretation;
Learn how to correlate the radiographic differential diagnosis to the clinical findings.

Organization :

A clinical rotation is organized at the beginning of the year. The presence at the clinic is mandatory between 8.30AM and 5PM. Each student should be identified by a badge with her/his name and surname. A rotation between the different activities of the imaging service will be organized: radiographic interpretation, radiographic technique in small animal radiology, radiographic technique in large animal radiology and ultrasonography. The students will be divided in groups at the beginning of the week.
