| Course contents : | Following Introduction to Political Science (SPOL1101), this course introduces students to the main topics in political behaviour (political socialisation, public opinion, participation, generations, political psychology, social movements). It also presents several theories (School of Michigan, functionalism, rational choice, and methodological individualism). |

| Organization : | The course is based in weekly lectures (with slides) and a textbook (to be announced at the beginning of the semester). |

| Assessment : | Written exam based on the lectures and the complementary readings. The questions cover the whole material presented in the lectures and the readings and require short answers. |
