Course contents :  This course proposes an analysis of actors and institutions in charge with policies programs and projects of development. It deals with the main themes and strategies deployed by cooperation programs since the end of the Second World War.
Course objective :  To familiarize students with actors, institutions and stakes of development policies and programs, currently deployed inside the so-called 'international development complex'. To analyse the different themes and objectives supported by these actors and institutions since the end of the Second World War and the colonial era.
Prerequisites :  None
Workshops :  A research work on an actor, an institution or a particular theme of the development cooperation.
Organization :  Theoretical course.


Seminars focused on personal works.
