Course objective :   Main aims of the teaching are: - Gastric cell models - Pancreatic cell models - Intestinal cell models - Measure of digestive motility - Enzymatic assays in the GIT: methods, interpretation and applications - In vivo methods for macromolecular intestinal permeability assays - Ex vivo and in vitro methods for macromolecular intestinal permeability assays - Analysis of intestinal integrity - Analysis of colic flora Prerequisites :   General Biochemistry and General Physiology Biology of the gastrointestinal tract and nutrition Workshops :   to be defined Written notes :   Available, contact the teacher.
