Course contents :  This research seminar discusses the organizational issues linked to IT-based information systems. After a review of the main paradigms concerning the relations between technology and organizations, it offers an analytical model likely to highlight the different steps of an IT project. It also explores the MIS literature and tries to build conceptual bridges between some key issues in this literature (IT design, user involvement, productivity gains, etc.) and the proposed analytical model.
Course objective :  In-depth discussion of the different paradigms in the MIS literature
