Course contents :  This research doctoral seminar intends to propose an in-depth investigation of scientific research techniques in management science. It's particularly dedicated to young researchers in the early stages of their doctoral process. It describes essentially methodological tools that are necessary to successfully conduct a scientific research in management science.
It includes three phases :
° First, business research methods are presented and discussed. Attention is particularly focused on the definition of a research object, on the identification of its components, on the definition of the dominant paradigms, on the identification of a main research question and its subcomponents, on the elaboration of a theoretical model and on its validation.
° Then, a first draft of a research paper is proposed by each student, either on a precise subject or on a state-of-the-art in a specific field of the literature in management science.
° At least, this research paper is submitted for communication to an international research congress and presented before an audience composed by researchers and teachers from the University of Liege.
Course objective :  The unique goal of this seminar is to bring to young researchers in management science the different elements that will contribute to its evolution through a doctoral process in management science or in economics.
