Course objective :  The objective of this course is to inform students about actual topics in work psychology. The choice of the topics will be guided by themes often discussed in the newspapers and associations of work and organisational psychologists. The objective is also to help students to have a critical view on new topics.



For instance, topics could be : payment for competencies, mobility, safety behaviors in stress situations, discrimination and justice in selection, etc.
Organization :  This seminar will include 5 presentations. Each session will focus on a particular topic presented by a extern person (researcher or professional). A debate will be organised after each presentation.
Written notes :  The PPT files of the presenters will be available for the students.
Assessment :  The assessment will consist of a summary of 10 pages including 2 topics among the five presentations and also a critical view of the topics chosen for the assessment.
