| Course contents : | The course is organized in the form of seminars in which students present (generally in groups) scientific articles previously distributed; these articles are selected according to a specific theoretical theme, which changes each year. Depending on this theme, part of the course can alse be devoted to an experiment which the students will have to carry out (including the administration of a task to normal subjects, the data analysis, the interpretation of the results, and the writing of a report). |
| Course objective : | The main purpose is to study a question of cognitive neuropsychology (which changes each year), by assembling data from varied sources, including (notably) studies on brain-damaged patients and neuro-imagery studies. |
| Prerequisites : | None. However, a solid training in neuropsychology and cognitive psychology is required. |
| Workshops : | (see "aperçu général") |
| Organization : | Second semester of the third "licence" in psychology ("Neuropsychology" and "Cognitive Sciences" modules). |
| Written notes : | A folder containing the articles will be given to the students. |
| Assessment : | Quality of the oral presentation, written report, global participation + an oral examination. |
