- introduction / mixtures
- binary mixtures liquid-gas : foams, bubbles, droplets
- binary mixtures gas-solid : grains, powders, dusts
- binary mixtures solid-liquid : suspensions, colloidal particles, pastes, gels
- liquides non-miscibles : emulsions, vesicles
- exotic systems
Course objective :  The main objective is to give a brief introduction of complex and structured fluids, encountered in nature and in industrial applications. The lecture will describe a broad range of physico-chemical systems
from powders to emulsions.
Prerequisites :  statistical physics and thermodynamics
Workshops :  Simple experiments.
Organization :  The lecture takes place at the first semester.
