| Course contents : | Theory: 20h Lab Training: 15h This course is intended for students who desire to focus on optical applications. Theory serves to introduce the concepts. Lab training is more elaborated than Bachelor's Labs. |
| Course objective : | The main goal is to give an overview of tmodernl optics and photonics. The relevant technologies are detailed |
| Prerequisites : | Basic level in optics is required: geometrical and physical optics, as teached in the Bachelor degree. |
| Workshops : | 15 h (mandatory): - Personal report: a brief review of a high technology field in instrumental optics: 4h - Laboratories: 5h using an optical bench orineted to lasers and holography. - Lab visits: Company specialized in optics and lasers) (4h) |
| Organization : | Academic lectures : 20 h Schedule to be defined |
| Written notes : | Course support: slide copies are delivered to the students
