| Course objective : |
 | | Physiology and physical effort |

 |
 | | Biochemistry specific to physical effort |

 |
 | To analyze the biochemical modifications occurring before, during and after sport exercise at the cellular level and more specifically, in muscle cells.
To understand how the mechanisms of supply of energy during sport exercise are regulated.
To understand particular aspects of the metabolism related to the intense physical effort or of long duration sport exercise. What are the metabolic consequences of an intense physical effort?
To underrstand the consequences of sport exercise on nutrition.
The future professional in charge of children or adults suffering chronic pathologies has to understand the consequences of the sport practice by these people.
To stimulate the integration of the knowledge already acquired by going further the cleavage of lectures. |
