| Course contents : | Introduction to propositional calculus
Introduction to traditional logic of terms (syllogisms)
Introduction to predicate calculus |

| Course objective : | Ability to use logical calculus in order to estimate the correction of reasonings. |

| Prerequisites : | Secondary education. Good command of french language. |
|
| Organization : | The course will take place during the first term (September-December) on mondays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Place : Auditoire Petit Physique. http://cipl82.philo.ulg.ac.be/horaires

| Assessment : | Written exam in January and September. The exam may also be taken in June by first year students.
