Course contents :  A reference book is constituted by a series of articles, regulations and unsolved cases in the following domains :

  • Personal responsability.
  • Protection of private life and freedom of participation.
  • Intellectual sights and freedom of expression.
  • Assessment of students.
  • Professional secret.
Course objective :  Distinguish between law, moral and ethics.Master some action principles. Having lived vicarious situations through other students's cases (presented to the group).
Organization :  Each student has to deepen one case, as one of the actors of this case.
Each student presents to his/her colleagues the case, its analysis and the solution he/she has developed for it.
