Course contents :  
  • Listening comprehension, grammatical, vocabulary and translation exercises based on Nieuwe Start 1, ed. De Boeck
  • Reading comprehension and oral skills based on Talent voor Nederlands, ed. Erasme
  • Level to be reached: B1 in the CEFR
Course objective :  
  • Being able to use Dutch as an everyday language and the basic structures of the Dutch language
  • Improving the four language skills, namely reading and listening comprehension, oral and written expression.
  • Using communicative functions related to the fields of study and work (greeting and introducing oneself, talking about one's daily activities, job, interests, ordering a meal, etc.)

  • exercises based on dialogue and reading comprehension
  • written and oral exercises on basic structures of the language
  • role playing
  • non supervised work: various preparations
