| Course contents : | We will explore systems thinking in the context of information systems. |

| Course objective : | We will learn to use tools and methods that enable the system practitionner to
- identify the main problems of a complex situation,
- examine its components,
- analyse interdependencies,
- understand the system as a whole,
- explore intervention possibilities.
