| Course contents : | The theme of the course is Roman mosaic. |

| Course objective : | To acquire in-depth knowledge of the technical and iconographic evolution of one of the major Roman art forms, mosaic. |

| Prerequisites : | It is preferable to have taken the "History of Roman Art and Archaeology" course or to have some knowledge relating to Roman art and archaeology. |

| Organization : | 30 hour ex cathedra course in the first semester. Course using PowerPoint and the occasional intervention of specialists in the field. The class will be on Thursdays, from 09:00 to 11:00, in S100. |
