Course contents :  Since this course falls under the scope of the general problem of well-being at work, it only deals with the types of intervention that relate directly to it: participative diagnosis interventions, preventive interventions, short- and mid-term curative interventions. Subsequently, it does not cover psychosocial support for strategic changes in companies.

The course deals with the following themes:
- The concepts of advice, consultancy, support and intervention;
- The types of intervention according to the level of change in the psycho-organisational situation (prevention, diagnosis, management of critical situations, mid-term solutions);
- The types of intervention according to the mobilised psychosocial level (individual, interpersonnel, group, organisational);
- Several major intervention methodologies (interviews, mediation and conciliation, team development, organisational development);

- The roles and positions of the intervenor;
- The risks and limits of psychosocial intervention
Course objective :  The course focuses on 5 fundamental objectives:

- To understand the conceptual and paradigmatic frameworks of the various forms of psychosocial interventions in organisations;
- To acquire the methodological bases of the various types of intervention;
- To encourage a personal reflection upon its representation of crisis phenomena and change factors;
- To share personal intervention experiences;
- To develop a critical view as regards intervention and its effects.
Organization :  2nd quadrimester
Assessment :  The assessment is in the form of an oral exam during which students present a documented personal intervention and proceed to give a critical analysis of its practice.
