Course contents :  The pedagogy of this program is based on a explicative approach introducing the basic concepts useful to understand the organization of an enterprise.

Several examples based on the actuality are utilized to illustrate the lessons. These examples can be useful as for industrial enterprises as NGO or service enterprises.
Course objective :  To understand the basic principles of enterprise management.

Prerequisites :  Nothing
Workshops :  Research of information related to enterprises of reference
Organization :  Ex cathedra : 3 lessons of 4 hours
