| Course contents : | This course as as main objective, to develop sense of democracy & social dialog.
After a presentation of the advantages and inconvenients of the social regulation, the course will focuse on presentation of the different actors of the social dialog, level of entreprise, or sector, regional or national or on international level. |

| Course objective : | Keep new executives sensible to the need of concertation an dialog, with the lights of the social governance.
Analyze the different actors of the concertation and present " the belgian model".
Explain rules and limits of action of the trade unions and the problematic of the strikes and collective conflicts. |

| Prerequisites : | Basic knowledge of belgian social law. |

| Workshops : | participation to the course and case-studies; read or look choosed articles ands videos on line. |

A3 : problems solving : cas studies
