Course contents :  The course includes the following topics: trace elements modelling; major element modelling and simulation of magmatic differentiation; structure of silicate melts; calculation of density and oxygen fugacity of silicate melts.
Course objective :  The course will teach how to quantify some geological processes.
Prerequisites :  Courses of geochemistry and magmatic and metamorphic petrology.
Organization :  10 lectures of 2H and 7 sessions of exercises (4H)
