Course contents :  The course is divided in three parts: Claire Remacle describes organellar genetics, Fabrice Franck describes photosynthesis evolution and Vincent Demoulin presents research papers about molecular evolution.
Course objective :  Génétique extrachromosomique (Claire Remacle)

The course is divided in theoretical and pratical parts, of equal importance. Genetics and molecular biology of organelles, chloroplasts and mitochondria are described.
Workshops :  Claire Remacle
Non denaturating gels : blue Native PAGE and separation of respiratory complexes from the unicellular green alga Chlamydomonas.
