- Phylogeography
- Population genetics
- Genetics of conservation
Course objective :  Fundamentals of population genetics and molecular evolution.
Prerequisites :  Elements of biology, genetics and biochemistry of the Bac level.
Workshops :  Practical courses on bioinformatic applications of molecular evolution and on resolution of problems of population genetics
Organization :  First quadrimester course taking usually place in one of the lecture rooms of the Botanical Institute in Sart Tilman (B.22). The sequence of the course is that of the general presentation.
Written notes :   Notes and Powerpoint slides for Cl. Remacle.
Distribution of photocopies of illustrations and specially interesting papers for V. Demoulin.
Assessment :  Written examination (one question for partim 1 and two questions for partims 2 and 3). No partim should be less than 8/20.
