| Course contents : | This course depicts the different strategic and financial principles that are necessary to base a sound evaluation of a company. |
 |
| Course objective : | At the end of this course, each student must be able :
- To establish a strategic diagnosis of the strenghts and the weaknesses of a specific company and to identify the most important opportunities and threats proposed by its environment
- To understand which is the true financial situation of this company and to identify how it will generate cash-flows in a near future
- To build up a scale of values for this company, by intergrating both patrimonial techniques, free cash flows techniques and EVA-based techniques.

| Workshops : | Each student must prepare, during the course, a complete "Evaluation file" for a specific company, including a strategic diagnosis, a financial diagnosis and a proposition of values for this company. |
