| Course objective : | The student will be able, after this course, to compare medcial strategies taking into account all possible future consequences for the patient. |

| Organization : | Following a brief theoretical introduction on the economic modelisation, the students will participate in a course in pharmaceutical company established in Belgium (Bristol Myers Squibb). They will be confronted to teams working at a time on the setting up of protocol of clinic trials and also on the preparation of registration or reimbursement files, but also on the convenient aspects of the economic modelisation. |

| Written notes : | Extensive material will be distributed during the lesson |

| Assessment : | A brief report of the examples developed during the course given by the pharmaceutical industry should be remitted to the administrative assistant of the Department of Public Health, Epidemiology and Health Economics at least one month before the date chosen for the first or second session deliberation. |
