- Students welcome
- Presentation of the two Universities implied in the Master
- Presentation of the institutional context (Europe, Belgium, Walloon region), especially in the environmental field
- Presentation of the Master cursus, options and practical modalities
- Introduction to environmental sciences and management in developing countries
- Work in group on an environmental problem in PED (global)
- Presentation by the students of a their personal proposal

| Course objective : |
- better know students and develop a "team spirit"
- advice students on the institutional context and Belgian universities
- have a good understanding of the programme and of the objectives of this Master
- Lear how to set up and present a personal project

- Work in group (Environmental topics in developing countries)
- Oral presentation by the students of their project.
