Course contents :  The course aims to illustrate the place of the research in sport and physical activities. It is the starting point of the preparation of the students to research and try to be exhaustive. It proposes them to discover most of the research domains of sport sciences.
Course objective :  To prepare students to research project (master thesis).
Organization :  10 sessions illustrating the different steps of a research.

Students have to do several works in relationship to the content of the theoretical courses (search of papers on specific topic focused on sport science, preparation of an abstract,...)
Written notes :  A pdf version of the slides and documents proposed during the theoretical lessons is posted on the Website MyULg. In addition, the students will have to seek other information, according to recommendations' of the course's leader and/or his assistants.
Assessment :  Open ended questions about the content proposed during the course and assessment of the works done within the exercises.
