Interpenetration or convergence of networks come into being between telecommunications, broadcasting (audivisual) and data processing. The direct economy of communication develops due to big industrial groups, in new technologies, in multimedia which concentrates capital and receipts in trusts.

Questionning ? What is the best expression which characterizes the development of media and electronic communications?.
1. Information society. 2. New economy. 3 Third industrial revolution. 4. Globalization. 5. New International Order. 6. New democracy.
None of these items can really apply to the development of media and communication. Really, it is rather about the overall view of these various expressions with a more or less important degree of influence on one or the other one.
