| Course contents : | This course is centered on writing a paper on the theme of family law. |

| Course objective : | To give students the opportunity to acquire the ability (or to improve their ability) to compose texts of a legal nature. For content are shown to be intimately related, and their qualities are to be appreciated together. Particular attention will be paid to writing style, to the general presentation of compositions, and to the citation of references. |

| Organization : | Two class meetings devoted to the method of editing a written composition will be arranged toward the beginning of the academic year. These class meetings will lead to assignment of topics; students will be allowed to choose their own topics insofar as this is possible. Papers will be written under the scientific and methodological supervision of instructor and his co-workers. Regular contact between instructor and students is planned, as well as submission and correction of drafts of papers. |
