Course contents :  This course focuses on securities and debt enforcement under Belgian Law.
Course objective :  The course aims to allow future practioners to advise creditors about the best way to secure their debt and make decision in a context of insolvency proceedings.
Prerequisites :  Obligations and Contracts Law, Property Law and Commercial Law (I) are absolute prerequisites.
Workshops :  Practical exercices sessions will be organised. Active involvement of students is highly desirable.
Organization :  The course is organised during the second term.
Written notes :  A detailed table of contents and some written parts of the course are available to students.
