| Course contents : | This course focuses on securities and debt enforcement under Belgian Law. |

| Course objective : | The course aims to allow future practioners to advise creditors about the best way to secure their debt and make decision in a context of insolvency proceedings. |

| Prerequisites : | Obligations and Contracts Law, Property Law and Commercial Law (I) are absolute prerequisites. |
|
| Workshops : | Practical exercices sessions will be organised. Active involvement of students is highly desirable. |
|
| Organization : | The course is organised during the second term. |

| Written notes : | A detailed table of contents and some written parts of the course are available to students.
