Course contents :  The course consists in a study of themes connected to life within businesses and work under « contrats de travail »: authority relationships, the private life of full-time employees, pouvoir disciplinary procedures used by employers, temporary work, transferring to another business, and contractual action (prescription).
Course objective :  To familiarize students with some of the major questions in the area of workers' or employees' rights.
Organization :  Students are expected to be active participants : reading assignments (to be done at home) will be made, oral participation in class is important.
