Course contents :  Various topics in corporate law are studied in details, such as contractual adaptation of the legal regime, resolving shareholders disputes, assignements of compagnies, etc.

By the analysis of texts, discussions in class, the course has for goal, through the study of specific topics, to deepen broadly the student's knowledge of corporate law.
Prerequisites :  To have successfully passed a course in corporate law.
Assessment :  Oral examination.
