Course contents :  This course builds on the basic course on restorative justice and is provided in English. The course can be divided into two parts. During the first part the conceptual framework of restorative justice is analysed more in depth. During the second part delicate and/or innovative fields of restorative justice are explored.
Course objective :  Gain profound and critical knowledge of issues related to restorative justice.

Organization :  - The students study the reading materials provided in advance,
- lectures and class discussion,
- presentations by and discussion with researchers and practitioners specialized in the particular fields we focus on.
Written notes :  Are provided to the students:
- the power point presentations used during the course sessions,
- reading materials.
Assessment :  oral exam
