Optimization of the biomass growth and of the metabolites production Course objective :   Allow the student to understand the graphic concerning growth of microorganisms and metabolites during industrial production and in a economical context Prerequisites :   - Microbiology - Enzymology Organization :   The lectures are developped during 13 periods and follow the general overview.
