| Course contents : | The course focuses on analysis and composition of urban projects. The theoretical part teaches a multi-criteria assessment method, design guidelines and planning tools. |

| Course objective : | The course objectives are:
- developing analysis abilities.
- learning the design of a city-block project, taking into account the context (urban, programmatic, technical,...).
- developing skills in urban composition. |

| Workshops : | The exercises include:
* a multi-criteria analysis of a built project.
* a design project on an urbanized site. |
|
| Organization : | First semester, on Thursday from 10 am to noon. |
|
| Written notes : | The slides accompanying the oral presentation are available in pdf format via WebCT. |
|
| Assessment : | The assessment focuses on:
- the multi-criteria analysis,
- the final presentation of the project. |
