| Course contents : | This course provides applications of the mixed models methodology. Models with correlations will be studied: animal models (correlation between factors levels), repeated measurements models (correlation between residuals), multi-trait models (correlation between traits). Also, a framework will be provided to extend these models to more general situations (generalized mixed models) such as polychotomous data analyses. |
