| Course contents : | Each seminar previews a round table to make the point on "on-site training" evolution and on the problem students have had.
The second part of the seminar is devoted to the detailed speach of an "on-site training" experience for a student. |

| Course objective : | to talk about the practical aspects of the students "on-site training".
To be informed about the "on-site training" of the other students and to be able to analyse the problematics related to human ressources through evocated case-studies. |

| Organization : | the fact to present his own "on-site training" ti student of the next year has present a double interest : for student actually in "on-site training" and for the student who already have realised one but who want to know more about the practice |

| Assessment : | The evaluation of the session is based on the critical analysis of an interesting problem through different speach, on the seminar attending and participation.
