Course contents :  Students choose by common consent one or two problematics they wish go thoroughtly into. The course articulates bibliographic researches, theories and concepts analysis, a synthesis of existing theorical material, an oral presentation of this synthesis and a discussion.

As example, last few years themes were cooperation within groupe, negociation, creativity, conflict, ...
Course objective :  1. To perfect one's theorical master of group dynamics
2. Learn how to put into practice acquired knowledge trough case analysis and observations
3. Learn how to build a theorical reasoning on a groupal process or phenomenon
4. Familiarize with theorical litterature about group dynamics
Prerequisites :  Course of Group Dynamics
Workshops :  This mandatory practical work takes the form of participating in a weekend of "Group observation", lead by a "group dynamician". During this practical work, students familiarize themselves with the practice of observation, its methods, its techniques. The practical work will be subject to a written report which will serve as the basis for the awarding of grades.
Written notes :  A dossier containing relevant reading is gathered along with the students'work
Assessment :  Oral exam during which students present a theorical question they have personnaly approached through scientific litterature.
