| Course objective : | Students will be able to conceive, realize and test evaluation designs and techniques using concepts inspired by principles from
-OSCEs
-Progress Tests
-Programmed cases applied in criminology, drug prevention and education
-Script concordance test |

| Prerequisites : | Students have to already master
-Functions of evaluation (formatve / certificative) and evaluation caracterisics (normatve / criterial ; diagbnostical / summative ; revisable / definitive ; with bjetive or subjective scoring, etc...).
-problems linked to the subjective scoring (biasing effects)
-taxonomies of objectives and of testing methods (for instance the TOISE taxonomy).
-Rules for questions creation
-analysis of results at a question level (discrimination indices...). |

| Organization : | Students attend lectures by trhe profesor and by exerts ; they visit institutions where an innovation is running, and read documents.
Then they participate (in group) to the conception of an instrument, its construction, application and processing (of data). |

| Assessment : | Studnets are evlauated on the bais of the 2 phases f the course :
-lectures and visits
-practical construction of a test. |
