Course contents :  The course includes studying interests, the equivalence principle, the capitalization principle, the present value principle, annuities and loans.
Course objective :  Introduction to financial capitalization principles, which will be used in simple & practical illustrations.
Learning parametrization & equation finding techniques to help solve financial problems.
Prerequisites :  MQG 703 Mathematics ( or MQG 704)
MQG 716 Mathematics
Organization :  - Presentation of principles illustrated by examples from the experience of the teacher
- Newspaper & magazine articles are commented in relation to current events
- A syllabus covering the theory course & exercises will be available, as well as reproduction of educational media used (transparencies)
- Some classes will be reserved for exercises in order to put into practice the methods & principles presented in class & to sink them in.
