| Course contents : | The pedagogy of this class is based on a double approach :
- Theoretical approach covering the principles, the good practices and the search to optimization, inside the Supply Chain concept, concerning the logistics management of the distribution;
- Individual search on several topics

| Course objective : |
- To master the management practice of the distribution of the industrial goods, fast moving goods, hazardous materials, at the national and international level, inside the global concept of customer service;
- Introduction about the optimization of each solution at the logistics point of view.

| Prerequisites : | Basic knowledge of the manufacturing and logistics concepts |

| Workshops : | Search of the best practices of several international companies |

| Organization : | Theoretical lesson : 6 sessions of 4 hours |
