Course contents :  The pedagogy of this class is based on a double approach :

  • Theoretical approach covering the principles, the good practices and the search to optimization, inside the Supply Chain concept, concerning the logistics management of the distribution;
  • Individual search on several topics
Course objective :  
  • To master the management practice of the distribution of the industrial goods, fast moving goods, hazardous materials, at the national and international level, inside the global concept of customer service;
  • Introduction about the optimization of each solution at the logistics point of view.
Prerequisites :  Basic knowledge of the manufacturing and logistics concepts
Workshops :  Search of the best practices of several international companies
Organization :  Theoretical lesson : 6 sessions of 4 hours
Written notes :  updated annually, available on the HEC-ULg campus
Assessment :  Test on the theoretical concepts and exercises
