Course contents :  This module consists of the following courses:

- General Pathology !Y. HENROTIN, 1 h 30)

- Special Pathology (M. FOIDART, 25 h)

- Musculoskeletal system traumatology (J.M. CRIELAARD, 8h)

- Further studies in physiotherapy (J.L. CROISIER and D. MAQUET, 30 h + 15 h): this course integrates the re-educational techniques taught in the 3rd and 4th quadrimesters and situates their chronology in the taking in hand of musculoskeletal system complaints. A distinction is made between maintenance and surgical treatments for each articulatory area.

- Palpatory anatomy (D. MAQUET, 5 h + 10 h)
Course objective :  For the Further studies in Physiotherapy course (30h + 15h):



To teach the student how to take in hand reasoned out re-education programmes concerning musculoskeletal system pathologies.
Prerequisites :  Previously: anatomy, physiology, further studies in physiotherapy

Later: this is a course immediately preceding professional practice.

Course on the massage theory and practice, Re-education of the musculoskeletal system theory and practice, hydro and mechano-therapy, electro-physiotherapy...
Workshops :  A separate practical module (see code LOCO0532-1) : 2 ECTS

Assessment :  An integrated written exam.
