Course contents :  Following a theoretical section on the different registers of the English language, the course will be devoted to various exercises (translations, analytical commentaries on written and oral sources, oral presentations by students, etc).
Course objective :  Improve the understanding of registers in order to arrive at an analytical approach to the linguistic phenomena involved.
Prerequisites :  Very good knowledge of English; English language II.
