Course contents :  Study of the vocabulary and the main chapters of Dutch grammar through grammar (drill) exercises, reading, writing, speaking and listening activities. The subjects are of general interest.
Course objective :  This is the first year of a 3-year programme. The final objective is written and oral practice of everyday Dutch.

The first part focuses on reading comprehension and basic knowledge of Dutch grammar.
Prerequisites :  A basic knowledge of oral and written Dutch is required, but basic skills and the main chapters of Dutch grammar are revised during the year. A test is organised in October.
Organization :  A test is organised in October (multiple choice).

1,5 hours every two weeks (November-March)

It is possible to follow @lter Basic at the same time.

  • Several tests and writing tasks will enable students to assess themselves.
