Course contents :  This seminar illustrates with examples, field trips lectures and theoretical references, the various types of changes and the methods worked out to organise them. This seminar deals with the levels of organisations, task forces and inter-personal relations, in an increasingly strategic and international context.


It determines how to define employment and assess structure changes, technological changes or re-organisations linked with work procedures or distribution.
Course objective :  - To acquire the tools necessary to identify & manage change in companies & organizations.
- To know the kind of procedures established by Human Resources departments, the people in charge & potential consultants.

-To underlines the importance of communication, training and human ressources management in order to implement the changes and to reduce staff reluctance.

Organization :  - accounts of Human Resource managers, of consultants, ... ;

Assessment :  1st session assessment : group assignment (3 or 4 students) on the basis of a company case illustrating change. Presentation at the end of the year. Written report.
