Course contents :  This course deals with topics of international management and problems the companies meet when they work abroad. International dimensions of various functions of the company are examined in order to develop a comprehension of specificities of international management. Accordingly, the course is divided to the following modules': international development; international marketing; institutional and legal environment of international businesses; financial international transactions; evaluation and risk management of international operations; customs and logistics.
Course objective :  Help students to include international dimensions of a company and the differencies from a national management and to help them to develop elementary competences to manage international operations.
