Course contents :  Linear programming is the first part with the SIMPLEX, the Steepest ascent method, the duality, and several applications in management of linear and non-linear problematics. The second part presents 2 methods of scheduling (PERT & CPM) and an introduction to multicriteria and multiobjective analysis.
Course objective :  The lecture provides an introduction to Decision Aid, while it allows a rapid overview of recent development in MCDA. By using some practical tools, the student will be able to modelize and solve several problems of decision aid.
Prerequisites :  Notions of matrices and usual mathematics
Workshops :  15 hours of optional interactive exercises are supplied.
Organization :  The lecture consists in 30h of theory in the first quadrimester and optional 15h of exercices and applications in the second quadrimester; The theretical part is presented ex cathedra and by applications examples. A software loading is given with a set of programs.
Written notes :  Syllabus + software QSB + exercises fascicule
Assessment :  An oral and written examination is previewed. The oral concerns the theory and the other the applications, performed on the same day. The questions of the oral are distributed at the beginning of the course.
