Course objective :  To introduce to students the basic rules for the major financial decisions taken by corporations. The course first reviews the investment decision, with the net present value rule without and with the presence of risk. The risk-return relationship and the cost of capital are discussed in depth. Then, the basics of financing decisions are examined, including strategic managerial decisions.
Prerequisites :  Basic knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis is recommended.
