Course contents :  This more specialized class will examin in details two aspects of micropaleontology taht are developped in the geology department:

-evolution of the biosphere in the Precambrian (evolution of prokaryotes and eucaryotes in relation with environmental changes and biological innovations)

-Evolution of foraminifera and implications for Paleozoic biostratigraphy (in collaboration with Dr Luc Hance, Carmeuse)
Workshops :  observation with microscope and binocular, redaction and presentation of term paper to in class
Written notes :  powerpoint presentations , notes distributed in class
